Make the egg white your best friend because he also holds onto your muscle tissue while you are on a fat burning plan. The more lean muscle you hold onto the faster your metabolic rate, even when you are resting or sleeping!

I make my egg 6 x egg white omelettes very well done and crispy brown, with added crushed chillies, cucumber, mushroom and onions. No cringe factor in my kitchen, just making my bland nutritious food tasty. Try adding your own negative calorie foods to your egg white omelette for flavour, even an oatmeal egg white pancake is great too!
